What to Expect at Miller's Lutheran Church

• • Our worship service starts at 10:15 am. If you plan to be in your seat by 10:00 am, you can have a little time to let our members welcome you, and enjoy some of the music that our organist has prepared for the day.

• • Be comfortable, be casual, but don’t be distracting. Worship is about focusing our attention on God. If you’re wearing something that is meant to attract attention to yourself, then perhaps change into something less distracting.

• • God put the wiggle in kids. We get that. A little wiggle is never a problem. If your child needs a little time away from the sanctuary, we have a nursery and other quiet places for parents to attend to any needs that arise. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” Bring them to His house!

For Lutherans, this is one of two Sacraments that our pastor administers. When we come to the Lord’s Table, we partake of His Holy Supper, and we receive Christ’s Body and Blood. This is the meal of Baptized Christians, and all who are baptized are welcome to partake with us.

Our Sunday School classes begin at 9:00 am and finish at 9:45 am. We have classes for all ages.
